  • Serial number
  • MAC address
  • description of issue
  • photos of installation
  • Front and rear if unit before disconnecting cables without removing cable seal.

This helps us when putting forward any issues relatiing to any assistance that we or Akuvox can give to resolve.  Just include anything that may assist us in getting a resolve.
