Description
Overview
Used to prevent undetected water from causing building, machinery, computer room damage etc.. Using no mechanical parts, the GRI-2605 Water Sensors are triggered by moisture bridging across the sensor contacts. The GRI-2605 Water Sensors can be installed to detect a layer of water as small as 1/16 of an inch in depth.
Connected to a ControlByWeb product’s digital input, once moisture is detected, it will apply 5V to the digital input, turning it ‘On.’ Once the digital input is on, the ControlByWeb product can send an email/text and/or trigger a relay in a local or remote location.
